Since that topic has been emptied since the last time I was here, I will ask my question hear.
I am a 15 yr AD AF with back problems (ruptured disk) prior surgery that helped for a few year, but now is back worse then ever. my sciatica is terrible, and my legs hurt and feel like they are asleep all the time. I sit at a desk all day and this kills me. I have bad anxiety issues, and now due to the leg problems I have depression / mild bi-polar. I have always been very happy.
I went through the MEB process last year with a return to duty, Code C. I just got back from my Dr's visit for my firs RILO. any one ever go through this? any idea of a time frame? My understanding is that with a RILO they skip the base level and just send your package to AFPC.
I know other people have dealt with the anxiety of this, so any helpful info would be greatly appreciated
