Good afternoon. I lived in a tent for
7 months (1990-1991) and experienced what I call classic Gulf War Syndrome. I didn't call it that back then, but as issues progressed over the years so did the array of medically unexplained multisymptom conditions; fatigue,
headaches, joint pain, insomnia, respiratory disorders, and intestinal issues. These are never ending respiratory, sinus and as intestinal issues. I have rinses, prescriptions, antibiotics, surgeries but the conditions never go away. I
claimed Gulf War Syndrome on VA disability but it was denied. At some point you just learn to deal with it but then the VA claim returns shoving it back in your face saying they "are not persistent conditions". Hell yes they were and the C&P knew it. To put it nicely that really disappointments me.
my records indicate searing headaches and sinus issues in the first month back from Desert Storm. These are things I didn't think about then, but did as problems progressed over the
years. The historical timeline in my medical records provides great perspective. Everything I describe is recorded in my records.
There is so much information out there it becomes daunting. Appreciate your recommendations.
