Do you think all the old fart claims cease to exist??? I have no idea where I stand with mine it seems to have disappeared. No claims no appeals according to my R O maybe its done and the havn't posted it on e-bennies. Maybe but I doubt it.

I am hoping it is a mistake, and whoever called from the RO just looked at completed claims.I HOPE. somewhere in the completed claims was the AICD Implant and convalesence time. That all went somewhere. I have copies of e-bennies where it shows  temp 100% and AICD implant.Also have originals with return postal redipts. I dont know where this will wind up. They do still have the appeal with pending approval from May 2011. That when the AICD BS started.Looks like another year of waiting. My second congressional went out today. No response for the first two. Lookks like all here will have to put up with me for a little longer. Maybe alot longer....Bill

I had an e-meil from the  RO saying they tried to contact me twice today, my cell phone never rang.... Thanks Ken.. 

I wish I could hit the bottle. The damn meds took care of that. I have e-bennies print out of dates of NOD, Date of Implant AICD. request for recovery from surgery. I think the whole problem is that they finalled the hearing & tinnitus. Then put the AICD and 100% with the appeal.  I was told they will call back ,I will wait on tuesday. Thats got to be it, you no there is no pyramiding for the same condition. So maybe with the new evidence they will rate me back to 2006 when my LVEF was 40. MAYBE Thanks Ken I will keep you all posted.
