No Direct deposit check for retro pay.

Posts: 5 Aug 14 12 2:43 AM	My Retro pay for my new increase from 40% to 80% was sent Direct deposit 8/9/2012 as per Ebenefits. My Direct Deposit has been setup for years so it is not like it is new. I call 1-800-827-1000 just to make sure that my account info is right and it is. I called my bank to see if there was any new deposit being held or pending and there is not. I will have to wait till Weds. to do a trace on it. Any ideas out there.

Posts: 6 Aug 18 12 12:16 PM	I too have received my envelope on August 15th and it states "closed" on ebenefits AND it shows that they direct deposited $9855 in my account but there's NOTHING in my account. Navy Fed says that don't see and can't see anything from anyone. I'm frustrated and broke. Please tell me they've sent yours.
