I was not aware that this location also provided hearing aid maintenance supplies.  I have always obtained tubes, filters, etc., from the local audiology clinic.  How are the orders for these items placed, by email? 

Orders may be placed by phone (303-273-6200), email (dalc.css@va.gov), or mail (Department of Veterans Affairs - Denver Acquisition & Logistic Center - PO Box 25166 - Denver, CO  80225-0166, or by using the eBenefits portal.  If by mail, use VA Form 2346a.  If by email, send the information requested on VA Form 2346a. Also, for repairs/accessories, use VA Form 1107.
I use eBenefits for batteries only as this is the only option.  If  I need a dehumidifier, I call.  I have not tried email or snail mail.
Repairs?  I go to my audiology clinic.  Less chance for error.

The battery ordering page on eBenefits only lists the battery ordering page.  Is there a list of specific items available.  I have never seen a list.  I call, and ask for what I need.  That has worked for me.  While I do not need access it may be that others who do not have easy access to cooperative clinics may have a need for the information.
