The four main reason most applicants to SSDI are denied;

1) Incomplete or sloppy paper work.

2) You don't have enough proof that you can't work at any job. The Disablity Deturmanation Service (DDS) are the people that investgate your claim,
     They call you PCP, send you to an exam by their own doctors and so on. 

3) You don't have enough credit built up with SS.

4) Your disability doesn't meet SSDI or DDS criteria.

Use RFC Forms.

RFC Forms are used as back up for current medical evidence. Don't try and use them by themselfs, it won't work. 
Only your primary care physician that is treating you for youe disabilities can fill these forms out,
but they are some of the most powerful documents you can use in a SSDI claim.
