i received the 2nd (of 4) requested buddy letters for my appeal of a denial for "Acquired psych/...to include PTSD"
Both of these letters mention my participation in an (stressor) event that I don't remember. this it goes without saying is a bit disconcerting. My question for the forum is this:
This new event-is it a new stressor or just new evidence to add to my original claim.
I was an un-deployed corpsman so this is non-combat and therefore there is no CAR, etc. and the buddy letters and death certs will be my only documentary "evidence".
Please advise. thanks
