Can someone tell me how we can check to make sure our caregiver claim has been recv'd? And the status? We are texas. We called the main number the reps did not even know what we were talking about. The hospital caregiver support case manager here in dallas does not answer the phone or return calls and we tried the regional office in waco no luck there either! Please anyone that has been thru or currently in the program any numbrrs would help. We thank you in advance.
