Hi everyone. I could use a little advice, well maybe a 'lil info to build the confidence. I have been around the forum for quite some time and find it very helpful to many, so I now turn to you folks for some help. I am 100% VA schedular for a host of issues with one being PTSD. I recently submitted for SSDI and hoped I would get through the process based on my VA medical and awards. I guess not. I am scheduled for a comprehensive psychological profile this week and has been the front runner on my mind since I forst got the letter. It is what it is and the VA just did not give mt the PTSD rating, so I get that. However, like anything else...I could use some advice, tips, guidance, and anything else I should know about this. I submitted SSDI based only on my SC'd issues: PTSD, Stomach, DDD, Sciatica, Knees, Feet, and a couple others. They did not schedule me for any other exams at this point other than psych and thought maybe the SSA would grant it based solely on my DDD and sciatica. I guess not. Can the SSDI lump everything together or does one disability have to equal total disability to qualify?
Any information would be appreciated. This week is going to be a stressful week and not looking forward to it!
