Just been approved(June 4 2012) by Navy for CRSC & trying to get my head wraped around it. Right now approved by VA for "Bilateral Hearing loss" & "Tinnitus" VASRD 6100/6260. Va disability is 20% (10% + 10%) =$251 VA Comp....VA wavier on 24 years service ending in Jan 1978 (Full Retired pay (now) is: $2,797.00, With a $251 VA Waiver = Taxable(remaining amount) =$2,546.00.)
App. was Approved for CSRC for both 6100 & 6260. Any one have an idea what the CSRC $ will be for 6100 & 6260?? And would you get the both the VA payment(251.00) + the CRSC payment Of ($????). So it would look somthing like this: Retired pay= $2,797.00 (which now would includes the CRSC $) + from the VA a disablility payment of $251.
So from DoD Full Retired Pay which now includeds CRSC & from the VA a disability Payment of $251 ???
