A long, long time ago, I posted about my husband being denied Agent Orange exposure due to Blue Water Navy. He has appealed and is awaiting the appeal with Washington, D.C. We have definitely came up with the evidence to prove he was boots on. TODAY, he received his Veterans Health Benefits Handbook with the letter dated June 6, 2012, which of course hasn't happened yet. Within the book, it says "Determined to be a Vietnam-era herbicide-exposed Veteran. Does this mean what we think it means? Please someone, tell us what we want to hear!
