Does anyone know the difference, in the Monday Morning Reports, where they list 
Entitlements and Award Adjustments in two different columns, what's the difference
between the two?
I assume Entitlement is for initial filing for a claim and Award adjustment is for veterans
that already have a claim pending and submitted an NOD for an increase; however, if
that's the case the Award Adjustment "numbers" are relatively small.
Anyone have any insight on how to explain this.
My head is just rolling on the floor thinking about this....
