Most people filing for student loan dismissal know how to go about it. The info is pretty clear, and people knowledgeable in the matters work at nelnet, or sallie mae to give a hand. There is something though that i haven't seen anyone mention sooooo i thought i d say something. When you get your student loan dismissed, any late, or negative information is also obligated to be deleted. Its supposed to be done automatically, i think. But in my case i had to bitch, moan and complain for a couple months before the people at the loan offices paid attention. Dont be discouraged if you keep getting told NO NO NO. 9/10 people don't have a clue about negative loan info erasure. But they do do it. Now instead of late payment dates on my credit report, there are just blank places, which of course dont figure into a credit score.
Take care yall
