I filed my recent claims Feb 2011. Ebenifits has gone back and forth from gathering of evidence to review of evidence. It is now back in gathering of evidence. I just received today a letter requesting evidence. The letter asked for me to release info from hospitals and doctors I never went to or seen. I have sent two letters stating to them I have no more evidence to give and to decide my case. They also stated that they are requesting records from the VA Hospital that I did my C&P at. I have personally sent all medical records from all doctors and hospitals and this is showing in ebennies. Its been 14 months now and they are now requesting my C&P results? My C&P was completed in June 2011 and was very favorable and the examiner stated most claims were more than likely related. The rest were AT least as likely related. I had also filed for increases and sent in all medical documentations to justify the increase. I thought I crossed my Ts and dotted my Is most of my treatment was through the VA how long does it take for them to receive the records. They stated they expect to receive the records by sometime in June? What records are they  trying to get ? I understand they have a duty to assist the veteran but my question is why ask me for records from hospitals and doctors I have not gone to or seen. I believe someone has made a mix up that has caused my file to go to the back of the line. I am already rated at 60% so this isn't my first rodeo with the VA. Can anybody chime in and shed some light on this?
