I am already rated at 60% paid for 50. They are working on my Sleep Apnea claim now. My question is has anyone ever been rated less than 50% for sleep apnea that is service related? Since I'm already rated 60% will I be rated at 110% and paid the whole 100% even though I'm employable or will I just get benefits for 100% and paid less? Thanks to anyone that can help.
