Posts: 138 Apr 1 12 4:19 PM	Tags : None I filed a request for reconsideration in Sept of 2011. On e-benefits it has stated gathering of evidence until today. Now they are saying preparing for decision. Glad to know they are working on the reconsideration, and it is not just sitting in a pile growing moss! Retiree here, still waiting for retro since Oct. 2011. Maybe after this decision we will see money in the bank. Hope all cases are being worked in a timely fashion. Thanks to all for your service.

Posts: 66 Apr 3 12 2:21 PM	I'm there too, my claim started on Oct 1 2011 and I too retired, it's been in pending a decision since Jan, called the 1-800 number just yesterday and everything looks fine, he said pending is usually 18 days and mine is at 2 months, he also said that he could push it and make them call me but I elected to give it some more time.....good conversation between us, even told him I didn't call to rant just curious. My claim is size able with a few biggies so that might be it too.....keep the faith, they are snowed under right now with work. Jim
