Anybody else having luck with the call back in a week system. I guess the phone company in your area is getting pissed off with all the vets valling 1-800 never call back???

Posts: 3394 Mar 14 12 7:22 PM	Yup been there and done that. Last time I fell asleep waiting for them to answer. I have not got any real ifo from them. IRIS sends back the same thing over and over. Guess the wait is what it is.

Posts: 56 Mar 14 12 8:31 PM	I have had three phone appointments. Two of them called me four hours ahead of the scheduled time, I was not home! The third one called me two hours ahead, read me the same paragraph I'd heard so many other times over the 18 months of waiting. I finally figured that as long as I knew they had me on their computer as a Nehmer IHD claim then they knew I was alive. Finally they called me........now that was exciting! I am supposed to get the big yellow envelope in 7 weeks now, unless that was a wrong timeline too. Wait is a four lettered word!
