Hi! everyone, I have a question regardless a claim. My question is as follows, what is the criteria for compensation based on ROM? Is compensation based on solely on the initial ROM or it is awarded at the at pain level.
During my C&P examination of my right knee (claimed as petellofemral syndrome) my initial range of motion was 30 degrees, 0 degrees at pain and 30 degrees for the last ROM test. Based on this numbers what would be the possible disability compensation? also is was noted on my records of moderate lateral instability. Thank You.
