Well I have been looking around for some help on this matter now for a few days. Recently went to the VA for my Knee's, they did a MRI and CAT exam and I was on my way. Did not hear a single thing back from then until near three months later, that's when I received my decision letter in the mail. I was taken back as to their decision on my claim for my knee's as the VA claimed that I "failed" to show for a VA exam. I never received a single call or letter after the first exams I did. The Decision Letter from the VA did claim that I had a "Medial Meniscus Tear" from one of my MRI reports. I have had minor pain in both knee's since service started and have it reported on my medical as well as have had swelling from time to time in my left knee, which I used the most for taking security stops and such. Most of the time when I run my right knee will lock up and or give way and nearly make me fall over.
Just looking for any information on what I should do to continue my exam with the VA and see whats wrong with my knee's. Thanks much
SEMPER FI!!
