Is it adviseable to send a supplemental statement on a 4138 as to how one's claimed conditions affect their daily lives AFTER a C&P has been performed?
Or does it just overload the rater with too much info?
I'm asking because according to what the C&P says, the full picture hasn't been translated accurately in the report.
Also - would it help for me to re-organize everything by condition, with that 4138 attached to supporting medical records and nexus letters, or since alot of the evidence has already been sent in, would it just muck up the works?
(I made the glaring mistake of submitting the claim before I found this forum and schooled myself in VA claims reality 101)
