I am new to this but here goes I am medically retired from AF after 12 years 80% disabled, Afib, sleep apnea, PTSD, lower back, neck. can't remember what all % are but anyway I am wanting to know if the VA has way of helping me start a small business. I just need to know where to start with them. Thanks

Thank you for the number but I have called this number before and the automated answering is a joke, In one single day I tried over 50 times to get through I was disconnected or on hold for long term just to get the message due to the overwhelming volume of calls please call back at another time CLICK. So I was hoping there is someone out there that has gone down this road and would be able to offer more.

Sorry my original answer didn't help you any, personally I am a firm believer in getting the strait scoop the first time and that is why I recommended the 800 number. Are you close enough to a VARO so you can go visit them in person? if so I think that would be the way to go. $.02
