Notification or Development Phase???

Posts: 3 Oct 26 11 9:21 PM	Tags : rating, ebenefits, notification, phase, status My claim start sept 2010. In sept 2011 it went into decision phase. I checked e-benefits today and it shows that my claim is in notification phase, but when i click on it to show all the details, it shows that it is in the development stage. In theory, it means the VA has made a decision and they have sent the decision and your file to the people who write the notification letters. One it is completed, it will be mailed to you and Ebenefits will say "closed".
