My question: Do I file through the ebenfits web site a separate claim for each service connected injury, and for each branch of the service where such an injury occurred? Thanks in advance, any progressive advice from experience is greatly appreciated! E-4 the whole time, no MEB out, no percent, but all beat up and have things to claim.

Posts: 1969 Aug 25 11 3:47 AM	You fill out ONE VA Form 21-526 and send it to your regional office in the state you live in. On VA Form 21-526 it ask for your dates of services and branch, or branches, served in. Pretty straight forward. Attach certified copies of all of your DD 214's for every period of service. Posts: 6 Aug 25 11 12:52 PM	Vike17, appreciate the quick response and the share of information is much appreciated! A recent request was made for medical records from all three branches, unfortunately none could give me mine when departing each service. I have original "Profile" paperwork, no major surgery, but have injuries on record and many accounts of exposure to hazardous chemicals that require research on my part to see if a known side effect would be relative to my current state of medical being. I will seek out a VSO at the VA office after the medical reports from each service is sent out (or lost?) in order to file a justifiable set of claims. Thank you!
