Ive had a quick start claim with the VA in the San Diego RO for going on about 8 months now.I have tried not to really bother them i usually just check the e benefits site but i called the 1-800 # last week to try and find something out and the woman I talked to on the phone said according to their system they have had everything they need to make a decision on my claim since April 17. She sent some sort of message to the san diego office on my behalf because she said that was to long and she gave me a confirmation number after she did that. My question is does that actually mean anything like maybe something will get done or is that just a standard thing the call center does if they see your claim hasnt moved in a few months?
