Ok folks, it's time to get the critters working. Here's what we need to do.
We should tell them we are in favor of HR 333 because it fixes ALL the problems with the current Concurrent Receipt programs including eliminating the 50% minimum and providing CCR for Ch61's.
We need to also tell them we are against HR 303 and HR 89. Both are clones of crippled bills submitted in the 109th Congress (HR 303 and HR 1366) and copied forward to the 110th Congress without change.
Further, we need to tell the Senate that Sen Reid's new bill is a waste because it is directly tied to the faulty HR 303.
