I've been in physical therapy/mental health at the local VAMC for about a year. I had been taking several medications for my back/spasms/tremors. Several months of Meloxicam, cyclobenzaprine, and methylpresnidone caused me to begin bleeding out my backside, with severe lower stomach discomfort, I was given a colonoscopy which found diverticulosis.
I have looked around the web and it appears that is is 1)poor diet or 2)stress caused, since I was under MH care off and on (including in service) for roughly the past 16 years (I am just now seeking SC, I was to ashamed to admit that my mind has control of me) would it be feasible that this problem could be from the mental stress I have endured all these years? My diet isn't perfect, but I do eat pretty healthy, I am 39 years old as well, which seems to be a bit young for this sort of issue.
Thanks
