I was recently found Incompetent by the VA when they changed my rating
(put in psych wards twice last year involuntarily) and was told I need
to appoint a Fiduciary or something like that to handle my finances, so
my wife is gonna do it for us with the help of my DAV rep. Anyone
understand what being Incompetent by the VA means? Can I still go to gun
ranges? I have a concealed weapons permit, but my VA Psychs told me to
get rid of all weapons a few years ago so I sold them all (plus the wife
was haggling me)...does this mean I can't have my concealed permit
anymore? It was just renewed by my state this month for 5 more years so
they obviously know I have no criminal record, just some pscyh-war "bad
days" that got me put in those places, but it was still not bad enough
to revoke my license...would the VA revoke my license now (even though I
don't carry more than a pocket knife these days)? Anyone who
understands VA Incompetence or Fiduciary stuff and my 2nd Amendment
rights with my concealed permit, PLEASE TEACH ME WHATEVER U CAN. Thanks!
