I just got a copy of my Mental Health Records Here is what it says:
DIAGNOSTIC IMPRESSION:
Axis I: 300.4 Dysthymic Disorder
300.01 Panic Disorder
R/O Trauma-related anxiety response/PTSD
Axis II: 301.20 Schizoid Personality Disorder
Axis III: Financial Problems, Health Problems, Problems related to primary support system
Axis IV Many Medical Problems
Axis V: GAF = 45
Then There is a formal from a 2nd VA Phychologist
DIAGNOSTIC IMPRESSION:
1. Depressive Disorder, recurrent
2. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
3. Impulse control disorder
All can be traced back to a car accident in 1979 while on activity duty.
Now my question is are they saying I have PTSD? The GAF is that LOW? I put in for PTSD on the Doctors word should I have waited? Thanks
Lionel
