For the last year or so I have been on 100% Individual Unemployability due to ptsd and TBI that I have from combat tours during OIF 3-6. I recently received a letter from the VA stating I was being given 100% complete and total because the conditions are "unlikely" to change. I am also drawing a small amount of SSI income. My question is will they allow me to have any outside income say from a sole proprietor business? I am unable to carry on a normal civilian job due to ptsd and other issues but don't want to sit at home and be a zombie. I have read an article that even though you are given complete and total they can come back and re-evaluate you. Any help or info would be great. I also found some good info in this article

This represents a full-grant of benefits sought on appeal.
