MCI in 1992. 6 angioplasties, last with a stent, and double by-pass between the years 1992 & 1996. My 1990 treadmill stress test had me over 10 mets and sent home as heart healthy. Less than 2 years later, I had a heart attack and my 1st angioplasty. Over those 4 years I continued to hit 10 mets on the treadmill, yet angina continued and the heart procedures continued. It's documented where my two coronary artery by-passes, a year later show where one is now 100% occluded, and the other 30%. Between 1992 through 1998 my only service connected disability was for 30% PTSD. I am hoping to receive either full IHD/AO benefits, or TDIU. I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type II 3 years ago and was told to not file because from 1998 on, I was 100% SC for PTSD. I have Hypertension, Gerd, CAD, right cancerous kidney and adrenal gland removed 3 years ago. Thyroid cancer total Thyroidectomy in 1993. Gall Bladder gone. Three bouts with Diverticulitis where part of my intestines and colon were removed. An Anal Fissure surgery 2 years back. Even though recently I scored 7 Mets after all that, how in the world are they going to rate me from 1992 when I filed for heart disease due to herbicide exposure and PTSD? I'd love to hear your intake, and thank you for all your hard work, and my very best to all my fellow vets out there! Eddie S.
