Is anyone else having problems getting into Letter Generator and seeing the letters they are eligible to print. I have not had this problem until a couple of days ago when my open claims were moved from Development to Decision Stage. Since then I can get into Letter Generator and click on one of the letters, for example - Benefit Verification, the page will close and a new page opens at with the initial Ebenefits page. I am wondering if this means VA has turned these letter off while claims are being decided and rated.
I can get into other places like Payment History, My Profile Info and Message Center.
