Greetings Folks!
I recently filed for PTSD and Depression. In 1988 I was a road guard and was nearly hit by and oncoming vehicle but I jumped out of the way and the car hit the other road guard and flip him up 10 feet in the air and then carried him away another 80 feet. I witness all of this and have already spoke with a VA Pychologist and I believe she diagnosed me with PTSD. I have the paper work proving the incident took place and I am currently taking medication for this. I took a test while visiting a Pyschiatrist and I believe she said my GAF score was 35 or 40.
What are my chances of being approved for PTSD and at what rating?
