Posts: 3995 Dec 20 10 2:42 PM	From what I have read from other widows, ALL DIC claims that fall under NEHMER were sent to PA. That is reported to be the ONLY regional office designated for those cases.

Posts: 22 Dec 20 10 3:11 PM	Just was informed that my claim was granted. Have not received notification but should be this week. Do not know EED or retro but it has been granted. Thank you GOD.

Posts: 26 Dec 20 10 6:07 PM	Called the 800 # on Friday and they told me it was in final notification and I would receive my letter by New Years. DIC filed in July 2010. Waiting patiently....

Chief you need to go to VA.gov to see it all but basically if you die from an SC condition your spouse is entilted to DIC which is around 1100 a month but she looses your compensation.
