Good Day everyone...
If you get to 100% (schedular) on five health issues is it automatically Permanent and Total? I am a little confused as to how and what the P&T actually means in the world of the VA. I ask this question because in our state to get many VA benefits (tax breaks/freebies) you not only have to be 100% but have to be P&T as well.
Can you be 100% schedular and not P&T? How do you get the P&T added?
