Yes more than just a quick hello and few test. bye ! ! !
When i arrived to the location of the doctor i was told the
doctor would be here later and for me to first take a 100
questions test Possible the MMPI, which took about 35
minutes when i finished the doctor came and ask said
my name I just got up and walked to his office. He didnt
say hello or nothing neither did I.

Started the oral interview from the PTSD VA form guide i guess
he followed the computer screen asking each question and
waited for answer and inputed my responce as I spoke.
Every detail and in depth. About my medical being a team
medic in recon and in ask me names of people KIA & MIA and to
the extent what I did in detail and what I seen and did while on my
tour. Again than ask me to take another 2 test about 1 hour
45 minutes into the exam. These test were the Combat Exposure
Scale test 7 questions of combat questions about my military
exposure to combat fire fights while in service etc.

The next test was a test asking my weekly experiences of
my flashback and my conditions and how many time was I
experiencing and having, like panic attacks, reliving experiences
Etc. than ask what were all the medications did I take, and for
what. I just showed him my print out from the VAMC of all the
medication I'm taking. He said I was taking many medications daily.
Than went into detail about and kept asking about my social
activities I said I like being alone, been married and divorced 3
times, dont work and have not worked since 2006, and was
awarded SSDI for DDD and PTSD. and discussed that and many
other issues told him I was in 2 PTSD classes, a regular PTSD and
a PTSD, & medic group in which to help my condition, this class is with
my VA Psy. He gave me a GAF 39 on my Medical report and I wait my
GAF from the exam doctor in the next few weeks. And the out come
of what percentage I will get from the VA rater, later when my case is rated.
It was very very tense and but done very professional and correct.
I'm sure yes there are other doctor's that dont do a correct detailed
test for PTSD like the VA reg states in the format they use to perform
the test it's about a 5 or 6 page format they are suppose to follow
and do. Anyway I hope my help many other's what and how to prepare
for your test. I told the truth just how I feel and what I experience each
day. Just be your self, dont give any other info than what they ask for
and than tell them how and what your condition is now the past month
and weeks. They are not interested in last 3, 7, 10, 20 years they want to
know how it is right now and what your experiencing right today and now,
and how it effect you today and your life.

Sorry for the long reply but I want others to know what to expect
during your test, if your test isnt like this than i would say you didnt
get a REAL PTSD exam test and or a detailed one as did I.

Yep.
Well when I get the RESULTS FROM THE TEST I WILL
PROVIDE THEM IN FULL DETAIL TO WHAT YOU STATED.

Anyway I didnt tell every single detail it would take the
same time to respond and reply. But I can say this NO
2 same PTSD exam's will be the same. MY own attorney
who's been doing this for years, said i get a 70% well
let see later if he correct or not.
I will surely provide the result in the next future weeks
for everybody to review.
