I am seeing a fair number of folks here are able to check their claim status on line. I have a login for eBenifits DoD self service but am unable to find how to check my claims status. Am I missing something?

Once you log in you will automatically be taken to the main page. CLICK on "MY EBENEFITS" and it will take you to another screen. On that screen you will see COMPENSATION AND PENSION in "red". Click on that and you will be there

You have to have a Lvl 2 log in, though to see that stuff on Ebenefits. If you are in DEERS you can get one (a lvl 2)instantly I think, if you are in MyHealthVet you can get a Lvl 2 but you have to 'in person' verify at an RO or VMAC. It took me about 20 minutes the other day, mostly because they didnt have a computer right there, she had to keep running back and forth.

First you tie your MyHealthVet to your Ebenfits log in (they have instructions for this), they you in person verify and the RO or VMAC does 'something' and enables the other level of access.
