Posts: 211 Jun 11 10 8:14 AM	A VA rep called yesterday and said she couldn't address what was already in appeal but wanted to know if I wanted to make any other claims at this time. I didn't and she thanked me and hung up. Today on ebenfits it has form 21-0820 listed with yesterdays date. Any one know what this all means or had this happen?

Posts: 1414 Jun 11 10 11:23 AM	VA Form 21-0820 replaces VA Form 119, report of contact form. This is the form used in a situation like you described, when a VA employee needs to add something a claimant has requested into the VA claim. That just means the after she spoke to you she put written notice from you via a phone call that you had no other claims to pursue at this time into the VA file. No big deal. Ivac
