VARO Has my statement in support of claim with stressors, newspaper articles, quote from a book written about one of the subjects ect... that varifies everything along with stressors they have related to my SMR's times and dates of medical care.
Today gave Nexus letter from my VA PTSD Psychiatrist to my VSO. IT States: "In my medical opinion the currently existing medical condition is Related to an injury, disease, or event occurring during service (as described by veteran, or found in other records provided by the veteran). Present diagnosis is PTSD/ Major Depression."
The letter goes on to state some other things about documented stressors. At the bottom says: "Medical opinions by VA providers for VARO claims."
Does that about cover everything needed?
With this he stated that I probably will not have a C&P exam due to the overwhelming documentation with an extended diagnosis.
I am pretty fed up with all of this and quite honestly do not want to go through a C&P exam (I am sure nobody does).
I want to keep my focus on school and try as best I can to put all of this behind me.
Has anyone ever encountered this? And, if so, did you still have to get a C&P exam?
