so, I finally talk to him and apparently someone had moved my paperwork and he found my stipend certification in an unlikely place, ok, so that is taken care of and i will see the money in a couple weeks, supposedly... He sent me form 28-1905m for request for supplies so I could get a computer. (sorry about the font change, it changed when i pasted the form info and now i cant change it back.) anyway, he is not returning my calls again, and i am not sure what to do with it.
do i take it to the school to fill out, or do i just fill it out and send it to va regional, or back to him...
thanks for any help... I really need to get this thing done
1. the equipment list asks for "catalog number" and item requested, as well as estimated cost. i mean, what do i put in these boxes, i don't have a catalog! or is this something the school could help with?
additionally, what service provider are they talking about,, the school?

B. VA will NOT furnish tools or other supplies which commonly are on hand for use of all trainees or employees or which the veteran already owns. C. If items are required under the conditions stated in A, and are not being requested merely because the veteran desired them, you may request these supplies by completing the section immediately following these instructions. You may continue to list required items on the reverse side of the form and on additional forms. D. On the reverse of this form, please complete and sign the Request and Certification of Establishment section. Also make sure the veteran signs the Certification of Veteran section. |
