Agree with phantomfixer, the same questions keep getting recycled, good guidance is given and then is rejected and argued with. Last month you went on a rant about how nobody on here helps you and how they all make fun of you (http://vets.yuku.com/reply/465469#reply-465469). Sometimes you go on rants about how you don't need anybody elses help, that you can do everything yourself, then you report winning your CUE case without the assistance of anybody because nobody knows what they are talking about, and then you turn around and ask the exact same question that has been asked and answered ad nauseum.
You have stated before you are rated and receive benefits for 100% disability, sometimes it is service connected PTSD, sometimes it is because of non-service related hospitalization while you were still active duty (can't get my mind around that one), but the one consistent thing is that you are receiving 100% VA disability, P&T, which is pretty much the max benefit anyone can possibly get.
If I went to a forum where nobody helped me and everyone made fun of me, I wouldn't go there anymore.
I I went to a forum where I asked the question and I could argue every answer because I obviously knew more than everyone else on that forum, I would start my own forum.
