I am trying to find more people caught in the military quagmire of pay, MEB, PEB, and just getting screwed by them on pay and everything along with it.

I just got my LOD approved for Multiple Sclerosis a few weeks ago but and orders extension was denied by the NGB(Air National Guard). I was told I was entitled to INCAP pay. The problem is is that I don't have a civilian job. I made a living being activated in the guard(also know as guard bumming). I was activated 50 out of the last 54 months. Will they base my iINCAP pay on my AD paychecks? Any guidance is appreciated.

You will be paid your active duty pay. You do not get drill points, but everything else is the same. The Incap pay system is a nightmare. Try to have them put you on active duty for medical treatment, if they say they cannot do that, that is bull, you just have to keep arguing it with them.

Good luck, call your senator and have him help you, call the newspaper, call anyone who will help you. get the word out.

I joined the army national guard straight out of high school hoping to make a career out of it. I was fractured my wrist in ait finished school with a brace on not a cast. They signed me off base with a broken hand i returend home to find out i developed a disease now i cant work. I finally got an lod and I have a permanent profile with a doctor telling me i can never work agian. On the other hand i have a incap guy telling me i cant get incap unless i hold a job. Which makes no sence to me. So i hold a job which is way to physical for my arm i have to get injections to stop the pain.

Now I send in another incap packet i dont know what to do if the shut me down agian.
