You should contact your VSO and have them send a letter to the VARO to have you considered P&T. You will need to have a doctor declare that your disability is more likely than not going to get better and should be considered permanent. How long have you had IU? Have you had any follow up exams? It is basically a PPO type plan your wife can use anywhere. If she does have OHI it becomes secondary payer. Some VA facilities allow CHAMPVA spouses to utilize their facilities/services.

I am assured by them in a call today, that she will be taken care of. As I have Tricare Prime Monday she will be enrolled into it. This is neat, Thank you again sea2fish

This is neat, Thank you again sea2fish If I understand correctly you are anticipating medical coverage for the spouse under both VA and Tricare. If elgible for Tricare they cannot be covered by ChampVA. Did I miss something?
