I think I have the correct acronym in the title for non-taxable disability payments due to combat related pay.
Does FMS, CFS, or GWI (depending upon how the VA put it in your ratings) qualify for CRDP?
I ask this because of the Gulf War and the presumptive qualification of FMS, CFS, and GWI. The Gulf War is considered a combat duty station and since these disbilities are considered presumptive if you were in theater then I would think they would fall under CRDP.
Anyone know for sure or have any insight?
