Hi All,
Does anyone know if those eligible for CR will be required to provide additional documentation to DFAS or the VA. Both agencies should already have our retirement orders (?). Thanks to everyone for the responses! |

If you're talking about CRDP, no, there should not be any other paperwork to submit to either DFAS or VA.
As for CRSC there is an application that must be submitted and it will tell you if there is more paperwork required. Brian E-6 USAF Ch 61 Ret 80% IU/P&T SC SSDI "A veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard, or reserve - is someone who, at one point in his or her life, wrote a blank check made payable to The 'United States of America', for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'" Hi!
I'm receving $2769 from the VA for 100% unemployability and I'm an E-4 with 6yrs. of service. My retired pay is listed as $1350 which is 70% of my base pay. Could someone please calculate what I would get if the current legislation is passed and becomes effective in June 2010? Thanks, Maureen |
