Recently had a Vet Counselor tell me my combined rating of 60 percent may be wrong and asked if I was getting some type of bilateral points

My guess is the 60% is correct, which I am happy with don't get me wrong.

When I do the math I come up with 63 or 60.

Here's how to do this:

first calculate bi lateral conditions
10% Right Wrist Laceration combined with 10% Carpel Tunnel Right is 19
19 combined with 10% Carpel Tunnel Left is 27
Now find additional 10% for bi laterals
.1 x 27 = 2.7
Add in add in additional 10%
27 + 2.7 = 29.7
Round to nearest whole number
29.7 rounded is 30

Now do remaining conditions
30 combines with 30% Stomach is 51
51 combined with 10% Hypertension is 56
56 combined with 10% Tinnitus is 60%
60% combined with10% Cystic Acne Vulgaris is 64%
Now round to nearest number divisible by 10
64 rounded = 60%
