Posts: 1028 Feb 25 09 2:34 PM	I know this is a stupid question, but is there a web site that reflects a statement of your monthly Disability Comp/CRDP? I know that a RAS is not generated unless there is a change to your retirement income in some manner or another. I just happen to be one of those people that like hard copy of everything. After that period I don't believe they generate another RAS until there is a change in some item such as the VA waiver and reduction of your monthly retirement pay. On my last RAS, there was a statement reflecting what my monthly CRDP would be, which after talking to the finance folks, was told that amount was incorrect and I would get more. More is Good!! Posts: 2781 Feb 25 09 10:08 PM	GreenBreet, I have never found this type of pay document. I am on DFAS's list to receive hard copies of pay documents. I receive nothing more than printed copies of the same information on MyPay and these are only provided when there is some change in pay status. It does not actually show what disability you receive from the VA, only any amount that is withheld due to VA disability payments. Neither does the VA send any information on the disability payments they provide beyond the notices supplied with and at the time of their decisions. For my own purposes, to achieve what you are looking for, I developed logs where I can chronologically list the changes. I do it for each system. On this log I make reference to the specific document which produced the change. I am afraid that is about the extent of what is available to us--no monthly pay stubs.

The VA does not publish or furnish a statement for VA disability pay. However, for disabled Vets who are also retired from the military, DFAS publishes a Retirement Account Statement (RAS) that will show any amount of retired pay that is withheld due to receipt of VA disability pay. Earlier, as suggested above, the RAS was only published when the data on it changed. However, they have started updating it monthly on the MyPay website. Posts: 4378 Mar 14 12 6:27 PM	DFAS does actually now provide a monthly RAS for us. I think they started in January 2012. Log onto DFAS and check your RAS and it should give you options to check previous ones also. ebenefits will have the letters section, and I think AB8 has the current disability rating from the VA
