Just called the VA today, as I always do ever so often to check up on my claims. I was told that my appeal for Major depressive disorder has been sent to Washington Jan 5, 2009. That's the good part. However, I was also told by the rep that they have not receive my NOD for my Fibromaylgia/CFS claim. That's the bad news. I could have sworn when I called them about 3 weeks ago they had receive my NOD which was sent back in November. Now, I call and they don't have it? WOW. The rep suggested that I send it again. I will not only mail it, I will Fax it as well. I have a question.

1. How long did you guys wait to receive word on your BVA appeal?
2. If you are denied once more, what can you do about it?
