* I could not retreive any data for 'chlor acne' for two words in the lookup because it is listed as in one word as in 'chloracne.' My fault.

* Thanks for your response, especially the ratings on Cloracne as in 7829. But now I am cornfused because the rating schedule the VA gave me is listed below as '7806 Dermatitis or eczema'? This did not go through AO, which I have since filed for in the interim. Could the 7806 be a mistake from the Atlanta VAMC own records, which I saw on a doctors computer screen? Could I have been given a wrong diagnosis years ago under the wrong 7800 number? If so how can I straighten it out? My DAV rep (who was a freshman rep who has since left the DAV) told me that '7806 Dermatitis or eczema' and chloracne were the same thing - most confusing. When I went to his most senior replacement he told me it was being decided on by the VA after July 15, 2008 and wait.

* If I am denied an increase should I reposition my claim under AO, or under 7829, or both through my DAV rep?

* I think my 'exposed' affected areas in all honesty covers 35% to 45%, which is on the borderline of the 7806 schedule below.

* Last question, Several weeks ago I requested all my medical records from St Louis and they just got back to me that they loaned them to the Atlanta VAMC - what is the shortest process to get a copy from Atlanta?

7806 Dermatitis or eczema.
More than 40 percent of the entire body or more than 40 60
percent of exposed areas affected, or; constant or near-
constant systemic therapy such as corticosteroids or other
immunosuppressive drugs required during the past 12-month

20 to 40 percent of the entire body or 20 to 40 percent of 30
exposed areas affected, or; systemic therapy such as
corticosteroids or other immunosuppressive drugs required
for a total duration of six weeks or more, but not
constantly, during the past 12-month period................

body, or at least 5 percent, but less than 20 percent, of
