100% P&T and Applying for SSDI, SSD |
Lead | ||

I am 100%PT. I applied for SS years ago before being 100%. I'm thinking about filing again. Anyone out there with similar disabilities?. I have sleep
apnea, migraines, and asthma, and etc. Is there any good lawyer representation that anyone can recommend? Is it worth it?

it expired.

Where can I find the Patrick's self evaluation letter? I've seen this before on another post, but can't locate it right off. Thanks

Yeah, you are absolutely right. Social Security made that very clear in the packages they sent. I wish someone would have made me aware to file before I got
out of the military (Publication No. 05-10030) Disability for Wounded Warriors.
That is the only time I see where SS will at least expedite your claims. But each person is affected differently by these diseases and medications affect us differently. |

I'd file and keep appealing. As for your 100% it could help. My 100% P/T IU was written in the OTR as one of the reasons for approval. Some say it helps,
some say it doesn't help. It helped my wife also. You really need a very good package of medical documentation supporting your claim. Good Luck, and ask
questions when you need help.
