"His multiple chronic neuro-musculoskeletal conditions meet or equal to 1.04 (disorders o the spine) disabilities found in the list of disabling impairments, which the SSA maintains for each of the major body systems."
"Patient has fully satisfied SSA definition of disability, which is "inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months or result in death."
Apparently, these statements did not change SSA's initial decision. The SSA maintains that "my condition is not severe enough to keep me from working, which makes me wonder if they actually read my doctors' medical statements. Anyway, I have 60 days to submit a request for a hearing. Here are my questions for VBN experts:
When do I submit a request for "On The Record" review? Do I make this (On The Record review) request at the same time I submit a request for a hearing by the ALJ?
Thank you in advance for your advice.
